Vladimir Kush was born in a small one-story wooden house on the northern edge of Moscow in 1965, near the forest-park, Sokolniki, where, in patriarchal times, Russian Tsars were engaged in falconry.
Kush was a prodigy, showing artistic ability at the age of three or four. The aptitude for drawing that Vladimir displayed so early was inherited genetically from his grandmother.
